Non-Slip Safety Solutions Hybrid Sealer is a single component, water-based and self cross-linking Acrylic latex Clear Sealer. It is the top of the line choice for indoor and outdoor concrete and masonry systems such as:

• Concrete / Inter-locking brick driveways, walkways, patios
  
• Warehouse concrete floors
  

It is specifically designed to not only seal and protect against staining and dulling but to add slip resistant properties to the treated surface. It can be purchased in a satin or gloss finish.

This environmentally friendly, clear sealer, is safe and easy to handle, replacing solvent borne acrylic sealers. It has low V.O.C. (Volatile Organic Compounds) with excellent adhesion and is virtually water and chemical resistant against chloride salts, inorganic and organic acids; motor oil, gasoline, brake and transmission fluids; it is extremely durable and lasts for years.

Coverage per gallon is approximately 300 to 350 square feet per gallon and drying time to touch is approximately 30 minutes; recoat time is 12 hours. Clean up is easy, all application tools and equipment can be washed immediately after use with warm water and mild detergent.
